BREXIT INFORMATION

Since Brexit, European deliveries are now subject to customs and duty charges. This means that you will be liable to pay for any charges incurred on delivery. 

We now require your phone number for international shipping. This is for the courier service to contact you with any customs duties that need to be paid.

FREE UK SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £30!

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, please see prices at checkout. Orders are usually dispatched the same working day if placed by 2pm on a weekday. Generally we do our best to make sure all items are sent out within 24 hours.

International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail's 'International Tracked & Signed' service and occasionally DPD.

For deliveries outside of the UK, you will be liable to pay for any customs and duty charges incurred. 

ORDER NOT ARRIVED?

Occasionally items can get lost in the post. We ask that you please wait 14 days before contacting us regarding a delivery that hasn't arrived. After that time please email us on returns@slamsanctuary.com and let us know, we will do our best to chase it up for you or issue a replacement if possible.
