When returning goods to us we strongly advise you to send parcels back using a tracked service (such as Royal Mail Signed For) to guarantee that we receive it. If we don't get your package, we can't be held liable for it.
If you are for any reason unhappy with the products you have received, we'll happily issue a replacement or refund, IF your goods are returned to us unworn, with original tags and in their original resalable condition within 30 days of placing your order.
PLEASE EMAIL US IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SET UP A RETURN, WE WILL GIVE YOU ALL THE INFO YOU NEED AND RELEVANT ADDRESS TO SEND YOUR PARCEL TO. EMAIL - firstname.lastname@example.org - PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME AND ORDER NUMBER AND EXPLAIN WHY YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A RETURN.
The cost of returning your goods to us is YOUR responsibility unless we deem the products faulty - if so, we will reimburse your returned postage cost. Once we have received your returned goods, we'll process your refund or exchange within 24 hours. We won't charge you anything extra for posting an exchanged item back to you.
